Once our team has completed the work, the service has been delivered. Unlike physical products, services cannot be returned or exchanged in the traditional sense. We want you to be completely satisfied with your shrub trimming or tree care. If you are not satisfied with the quality of our work, please contact us within seven (7) days of service completion. We will work with you to understand your concerns, review any photos or documentation you provide, and, where reasonable, make corrections or adjustments at no additional charge. This may include additional shrub trimming, touch-up pruning, debris cleanup, or other remedial work. Our goal is to resolve any issues fairly and promptly. Please note that aesthetic preferences and subjective opinions (such as preferred shape or height that differs from industry standards) may not always qualify for remedial work; we evaluate each situation on a case-by-case basis. To be eligible for our satisfaction guarantee, you must have been present or had an authorized representative present at the time of service, or have communicated any specific requirements to us in advance. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with sufficient notice may be rescheduled at no charge, subject to our availability.
